In our efforts to bring our clients a new level of service we have added to our hosting services a new innovative Client Control Panel (CP) giving more control and administration to clients who wish to manage some Hosting tasks and functions.

Do I need any special training to use my Control Panel?
Configuring some parts of your website incorrectly including email and some other functions could render your site inaccessible to the world. So we do recommend having some experience and knowledge in website configuration.

How do I access my new Control Panel?
First of all you need to request your personal password from us which will allow you to access your CP. Once you receive your password, just mouse over "Support" on our main navigation bar at the top of this page, then click on "Login" in the fly-out menu option. Just enter your domain name and special password we sent you and then you'll be redirected to your CP web page. For answers to questions you may have, keep reading down this page.

What can I do with this new Control Panel?
The new CP gives you (and all our IFM clients) a new level of control over the administration functions of your website. One feature gives you the ability to manage your email accounts* - adding accounts, modifying settings which include Auto Responders, Spam filters and controlling and changing your passwords. Another feature allow you to view your web statistics (website traffic).

Do I have to use this feature?
Access and use of the CP is optional. We can look after any management of your website functionality you require, however some clients have expressed interest in having some control and autonomy to configure their sites when ever they please.
